Sr. HR Executive – Tech Hiring 2 On roll Mumbai 5- 8 years 8L-10L Sr. HR Executive – Tech Hiring 1On rollChennai 5- 8 years8L-10L •Expedite IT hiring's – understanding/ writing job descriptions, screening applicants, arranging interviews, performing background checks, presenting most suitable candidates to the technical managers. •Be proactive and aggressive to get hiring's tracked and closed within TATs with an extremely efficient turnaround. •Effectively utilize tools such as search engines, job boards, LinkedIn and social channels to attract talent pool. •Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals. •Have constant follow-ups with the shortlisted candidates to ensure 100% turnout of joinees. •Offer negotiations and onboarding assistance. •Employee Engagement Tech Hiring for BANK in Mumbai & Chennai Individual Contributor Role Any graduate will work with Excellent Communication Candidate who has an understanding of Banking/ BFSI Technology domain shall be preferred. Must have hand-on skills to identify talent through online sourcing portals. Good with excel, MIS, data management Excellent communication and presentation skills Individual contributor and self – drive Any graduate/ preferably in IT stream 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
