Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications using ReactJS(frontend) and (backend).
Define and implement scalable system architectures and reusable component libraries.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Establish best practices for coding standards, testing, and CI/CD processes.
Oversee API design, integration, and optimization between frontend and backend systems.
Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance for better scalability and reliability.
Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards across all development processes.
Stay current with emerging technologies and propose ways to incorporate them into the product roadmap.
Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented culture within the development team.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a focus on ReactJS and
Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience in building RESTful APIs, handling asynchronous operations, and managing microservices.
Proficiency with frontend state management tools such as Redux or Context API.
Deep understanding of backend frameworks like or NestJS.
Familiarity with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with excellent communication skills.
Passion for problem-solving, innovation, and delivering clean, maintainable code.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
