Responsibilities:
Possess strong technical knowledge in solution areas and have a good understanding of the other solution areas. Must be strong in Microsoft Fabric i.e. across Analytics (Synapse Analytics, Data factory and Power BI), Azure consulting skills. Great to know Data bricks.
Coaches and follow strategies towards transforming partner plans and strategies around Data and AI.
Proactively drives collaboration to drive business and enables other teams to be more impactful. Fosters a collaborative culture for his/her team.
Manage the orchestration between Partner Development and technical teams. Coaches team to leverage technical teams and build knowledge of technical aspects of building and testing solutions and services.
Guides partners in one-to-one consultation to provide solutions to their customer environment within primary or minor solution areas (e.g., architectural guidance, request for proposal [RFP] assistance, deployment guidance). Identifies and recommend complimentary solution areas.
Helping partners design and develop solutions around Data & AI cloud-specific security policies, standards, and procedures.
Identifies partner needs and recommends routine or narrow technical solutions. Proactively and continuously learns new technology in their respective solution area and builds knowledge in additional solution areas.
Use business, technology, and industry strategies to define customer/partner requirements and constraints. Leads conversation with partner to identify the requirements of the business and/or scenario they are trying to solve.
Guiding Partners with transitions/migration to the Microsoft services. Helping partners design and develop security policies, standards, and procedures.
