Key Responsibilities
• Hands-on developer who writes high quality, secure code that is modular, functional, and testable.
• Lead the design, implementation, and delivery for engineering efforts.
• Contribute to all parts of the software’s development including design, development, documentation, and testing.
• Facilitate the architecture & design process, participate in making decisions on technology and software architecture.
• Create or introduce, test, and deploy new technology to optimize the service
• Have strong ownership of your team’s software and are deep in the maintenance characteristics, runtime properties and dependencies including hardware, operating system, and build.
• Communicate, collaborate, and work effectively in a global environment.
Essential Requirements
• Good years of experience building production software systems.
• Expertise in full stack development.
• Proven portfolio of developing Web applications with slick user interfaces in MERN/MEAN stack.
• Proven ability to learn new languages and technologies, and lead others in acquiring new skills.
• Experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and current systems.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.
• Expert proficiency with SQL/NoSQL and modelling data in complex domains.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Services is preferred.
• Experience in managing scalable, high-performance cloud-based solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills including the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to different audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with business, partner teams and leadership. • Ability to solve complex problems and a proven track record of performance and delivery.
• Knowledge of .NET is preferable.
• Excellent team player, yet capable of managing multiple solo projects at once.
• Hands on experience in Version Control System - CVS/SVN/ GIT/ Bitbucket.

• B. Tech/M. Tech/ BCA/MCA or Any other similar field
