Tech Lead (Python & Django)

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python and Django, with a minimum of 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the development team, overseeing project execution, and ensuring the highest quality of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development team in designing, building, and maintaining robust applications using Python and Django.
Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
Mentor and support team members in best practices for coding, testing, and software development methodologies.
Ensure code quality through regular code reviews and maintain coding standards across the team.
Oversee deployment processes and ensure applications are running smoothly in production.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise, providing support and guidance to team members.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, and evaluate their potential application within our projects.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4 to 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python and Django.
Proven experience in leading development teams and managing projects from conception to deployment.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.
Experience with CI/CD processes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
