Job Description
You will work closely with the Client Team to define the scope of development efforts. Researching Salesforce.com capabilities to align with business requirements and conducting gap analysis will be a key part of your responsibilities.
Your role will involve designing and programming solutions and custom applications on the Salesforce platform using the Apex programming language and Visualforce. You will also be responsible for performing unit testing and participating in code reviews, as well as contributing to architecture planning and implementation.
Understanding project requirements thoroughly and actively participating in project discussions and meetings will be crucial. You will need to conduct unit testing of business logic and behavior to ensure proper implementation and quality execution.
Daily stand-ups with clients and the project team will be part of your routine. Being proactive in problem-solving and demonstrating the ability to work independently towards root cause analysis are essential.
You should be comfortable working in a high-energy environment, eager to tackle challenging problems, and capable of meeting deadlines with complete ownership.
Having 3+ years of relevant working experience and being Salesforce.com Platform Developer I Certified is a requirement. You should have a good understanding of Salesforce Administration activities and hands-on experience in customization, configuration, and integration using Salesforce tools and APIs.
Experience in Lightning Experience, Data Migration, deployment tools like Change set properties and Ant Migration Tool, profile and permission set configurations, and Salesforce DX will be beneficial for this role.,
