Job Description:
BPRISE Private Limited is looking for candidates with a Degree in Technology / Computer Science / Engineering and hands on experience in Spring, Java and building software from scratch. The candidate should possess an entrepreneurial spirit that will allow them to be successful in a dynamic “start-up” culture.
We are looking for candidates with experience in Software Development in Java with strong knowledge of Spring / Hibernate. You will be working in designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications that deliver high-availability and performance.
• Experience in the technical skills detailed here under and working for reputed organizations.
• Ability to manage day to day programming tasks efficiently and complete the assigned tasks at expected target dates.
• If applying as a Tech Lead, ability to lead and mentor a team of 3-5 developers.
• Expected to pro-actively work with the team to identify new tasks, and taking ownership of those tasks.
• Collaborate with testing and other teams to quickly resolve issues and increase the efficiency and productivity.
• An attitude that ensures safe and secure operations. A security first approach to dealing with everything.
• Ability to learn quickly and adopt new technical skills or changes in the process.
• Self-motivated team player with innovate ideas and having enthusiasm to build something new.
• Should possess good analytical and communication skills. Able to write and communicate effectively.
• Motivated to work in startup environment.
Requirements
• Core Java, Servlets, Spring experience with Hibernate/JPA (mandatory).
• JS Framework (Preferably AngularJS), HTML, JQuery.
• MySQL, or Oracle, Experience with NoSQL DB(Mongo/Cassandra/Hbase) will be an advantage.
• Experience with Application Servers.
• Building tools: Maven, Jenkins, Ant.
• TFS, Git or SVN exposure.
• Exposure to Agile or SCRUM methodologies.
• Highly Tech Savvy and hands-on.
• Strong evidence of a solution/product created ground up.
