Job Description
To our team in Pune we need an Tech Lead - software developer.
You will have the role as
• Key person for improving architectural proposals.
• Developing and creating new features
• Technical interface towards AFRY employees in other countries working in the same assignment
• Customer interaction with customers typically residing in Sweden to discuss system issues
Qualifications
Qualification and Knowledge:
Must have:
• More than 6 years of experience of C++/Linux and Python development in an embedded environment
• Good skills in communication, organizational and prioritizing
• Experience in agile way of working
• Flexible, motivated, creative, pro-active and able to drive issues through to a balanced resolution.
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• You must have good communication skills in English, both spoken and in writing.
• Continuous integration knowledge and knowledge in tools such as GIT, Jenkins, Jira etc
You also likely have:
• Had some responsibility and/or leadership roles
• Knowledge in embedded systems and preferably industry domain knowledge within telecom or automotive
• Technology knowledge in other areas associated with embedded systems such as cloud development, mechanics, electronics, FPGA development etc.
• Knowledge in other SW languages such as java, javascript, C#, Bash etc.
