Roles and Responsibilities • Handle queries from business customers with the best use of customer service skills • Understand the background of the query, do require research with the provided tools, and respond appropriately, resolving issues if any • Escalate or communicate to other teams if it is required to solve the issue • Connect with customers at a professional level and build rapport with them Required Candidate profile • Ability to work within a challenging environment with tight delivery timelines • The candidate should be ready to work in a 247 environment (Willingness to work in any shift) • The candidate should have excellent problem-solving capabilities and lateral thinking skills
