With fixed salary & permanent hiring.- Designation- - Customer Support Associate (L2).- Job Profile- - Have to resolute customers query Voice Call - Mandatory Criteria-- Min HS Passed.- Fresher & experienced both can apply- Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI for Voice process - Should have not applied for any Flipkart interview in last 3 month- Customer orientation.- Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts- No planned leave for upcoming 3 month after joining- + hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1 hour break- Should have a typing speed of 30WPM with +0% accuracy- Interview Structure-- HR round - General check. – - Typing Test- OPS round – General Check - Voice Versant (V4 and above)- PMAP- Client Round – Video Call- Payouts –- Salary for minimum 6 months experience candidate – 220,000 LPA, 16.200 K/Month.- Fresher- 212,000 LPA, 15.603 K/ Month.- Salary for Apprentice (Complete Fresher & doesn’t have any PF account) 1+2,100 LPA, 16,008 k/Month.- 100% fixed salary- Pick up or drop for odd shifts- Documents Required –- Education Mark sheets- Aadhar Card- Pan Card- Offer letter, Exp Letter & last 3 months pay slips (for experienced people only)- Location details for Walkin interview:Tech Mahindra, DLF2, 3rd Floor, Block B, Rajarhat, Kolkata-700156(Opposite of Geetanjali)Candidates need to carry CV & Aadhar card(Government id card)Contact_Tanaya_ts0068XXXXXX@techmahindra.com
