Location : Nagpur
Responsibilities:
- Min 6 years of IT Domestic Staffing Experience.
- Expertise in sourcing/ Tracking through Job Boards, Social Media, Networking, Referrals and LinkedIn groups/ Projects.
- Efficient in handling bulk requirements with direct clients.
- Proficient in using Job portals, social networking websites like LinkedIn for searching candidates.
Experienced in all aspects of full-cycle recruiting to include requirement gathering, sourcing, resume evaluation, phone screening, interviewing, salary, and extending offers.
- Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to forecast and articulate hiring needs in conjunction with stakeholders and hiring managers
- Hands on exposure on closing niche and senior roles.
- Provide talent market insights, competitive intelligence and talent demographic data to enable TA team and hiring managers to be well-informed on market conditions.
- Cultivate/develop the strongest possible pipeline for critical business roles
- Individually source and engage in leadership and senior level hiring
- Develop holistic talent attraction and pipeline strategies to solve for business talent needs
Job Specifications:
- 6 to 8 years of recruitment experience
- Strong knowledge on creative sourcing techniques
- Experience from IT company is preferred
