## Key Process
📍Process Reconciliation and Customer Support:
📍Manage authorization and clearing requests to ensure accurate payment flows.
📍Collaborate with customer support teams to address and resolve customer inquiries.
📍Deliver fast, precise responses to complex support issues, enhancing customer satisfaction.
📍Performance Monitoring and Issue Resolution:
📍Continuously monitor user performance, responding promptly to any alerts of degradation.
📍Conduct thorough investigations to determine causes of operational issues.
📍Collaborate with technical teams to communicate operational breakages and assist in driving resolutions.
📍Operational Efficiency and Automation:
📍Implement data and process efficiencies to meet the demands of scaling and speed.
📍Identify, design, and automate inefficient operational processes, reducing manual workloads and enhancing system functionality.

## Who you are
📍Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
📍Proven experience in technical operations, preferably in a fintech environment.
📍Strong understanding of financial payments processes.
📍Familiarity with blockchain technology.
📍Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
📍Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
📍Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
📍Passion for technology and innovation in the financial sector.
