Responsibilities
The IT Project Manager accomplishes results through the management of professional team(s) and department(s). Integrates subject matter
and industry expertise within a defined area. Contributes to standards around which others will operate. Requires in-depth understanding of
how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the entire function. Requires
basic commercial awareness. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others,
in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of
end results of an area. May have responsibility for planning, budgeting and policy formulation within area of expertise. Involved in short-term
planning resource planning. Full management responsibility of a team, which may include management of people, budget and planning, to
include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations and may include budget approval.
Responsibilities:
• Lead PMQC process, Risk and control Area.
• IS Triage and manage the CAP process.
• Set up the processes for Quality Management and ensure teams adhere to the same, manage the toll gates as per Agile methodology
• Manage Risk & Control for Ops Tech team
• Manage Financial for Ops Tech team
• Overall project governance from process perspective
• Status reporting to senior management on regular frequency
• Setting up the process for Quality Control and Assurance, liaise with Agile champion team to ensure Agile process adherence
Qualifications:
• 12+ years experience in a related technology role with commensurate people management experience strong expertise in program management for end-to-end delivery of complex and midsize Transformation Programs
• Exposure to DevOPs and experience in DevSecOps practice focusing the solution design and delivery of Ops and automation for multiple commercial engagements.
• Very solid experience of Application and Services Transition project management.
• Ability to handle Agile Transformation projects
• Proven track record in leading and managing projects processes
• Strong problem solving, analysis skills with very good leadership qualities
• Experience in working agile and SDLC projects
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to Senior stakeholders.
• Experience in Jira
• Should be able to collaborate with multiple teams
• Ability to learn new areas and implement it in the team
Education:
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
