Tech QA Manager

Job Description

7+ years of experience as QA manager, with focus on automation and fast paced environment.

Experience with Web, Mobile and API testing with various manual and automation frameworks.

Hands-on involvement in all areas of quality management including standards, processes, automation and best practices.

Help define test strategy across many complex environments and databases, at times across two or more product lines.

This will include reviewing functional and end-to end test plans, overseeing bug tracking lifecycle, metrics development and tracking, test automation and performance testing.

Demonstrates an extensive background in test strategizing, planning, reporting and coordination of software projects/applications.

Mentor non-direct report teams of Quality Engineers regarding QA best practices including both manual and automated testing.

Will assist in establishing down-stream best practices seamlessly across multi-functional teams.

Provide the right level of visibility into quality during development and before major product releases, present status reports, risks/mitigation plans to Management as needed.
