5. Heading sales team, with charting out road map for Marketing and reaching our client base.
6. Road Map for expansion and Acquisition of Cliental base.
7. Charting our Road Map for P.R
8. Servicing existing clients.
+. Charting out processes and policies related to sales to accomplish Sales Target.
10. Reviewing weekly, monthly and quarterly sales target and target accomplishment by sales
team
