Work as a technical support for manufacturing of proto parts as per the standard/design Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Operate the machines and tool independently and in safe manner
• Preparation of parting surfaces, inserts and san molds
• Designing gates and risers,
• Preparation and poring of molten metal
• Finishing of RPT & casting parts
• Reading fits and Tolerances Errors in operating tools 50%
Understand proto design requirements and ensure the parts are manufactured as per standard/design Requirements
• Drawing Study and CAD model study
• Understanding the requirements of customer
• Part drawing
• Tools selecting with Understanding the requirements of part & Process
• Load material and calibrate the build quality Meet manufacturing timelines and minimising lead time of delivery – Plan vs Actual 30%
Adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes
• Parts Visual Inspection
• Detecting malfunctions
• Troubleshooting processes;
• Adjusting and reprogramming controls;
• Parts inspection pre & post operation
• Replacing worn tools
• Handling of precise Measuring instruments Plan vs Actual 20%
Skills Information
Threshold skills and capabilities required to execute the role Sound Knowledge of operation and basic maintenance of machine
Sound Knowledge of GD&T & all Measuring instruments, cutting tools, Materials and HT Process.
Sound Knowledge of Fixturing Concept, welding process and Sheet metal laser cutting
Communication, MS Office
