About the Role
Requirements
You will work extensively on optimizing performance of production systems across the entire stack: hardware, software, application and network.
You will partner with Engineering and Product teams to ensure customer issues are taken up with the appropriate teams and a resolution is in place with corresponding root cause analysis.
You will use your development and operations knowledge to identify and prioritize production issues.
Develop and implement the most complex reproducible cases to identify potential software defects, misconfigurations or issues in Novopay systems.
You will work as part of an 18

Our Expectations
At Least 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
To Manage daily Server & Application logs Backups
Log monitoring, identification of issues from logs and escalate to the Engineering team
Good Knowledge in creating Procedure, Triggers, Packages, Functions, Views, Jobs.
Good Knowledge in Database design.
Good Knowledge in Performance Tuning.
Strong SQL server 2008, MySql Development experience.
Should be expertise in writing complex queries.
Good understanding in CORE Java concepts
Knowledge of Python scripting will be an advantage
Proven knowledge to successfully solve problems and narrow down reported issues, identify root causes, and find creative solutions to effectively address customer concerns.
Experience to work well in a fast-paced environment and demonstrable ability to handle various tasks or projects with changing priorities.
