Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities: Conducting penetration testing, simulating an attack on the system to find exploitable weaknesses. Developing and implementing security framework, policies, processes/procedures and guidelines. Troubleshooting and debugging to optimise performance. Escalating technical issues to the relevant parties when needed and following up till the issues are closed. Ensuring all standards and procedures are followed and maintained. Answering queries and resolving issue relating to usage of standard applications and IT services. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, communicating confidently using business acumen Perform risk analysis and prepare configurations and fallback of VPN solutions. work closely with CSI to ensure first time right implementation. Release configuration on network save them and take post-test. Perform acceptance testing of VPN Implementation. Ensure good quality of solution is provided. Ensure Timely and clear communication. Set and follow Best Practice in an ITIL aligned Service Desk Willing to work in shifts, weekends and Indian bank holidays, for maintenance work Willing to travel, if required
