Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable On-Demand IT Support Specialist with strong technical expertise in computers, laptops, and related hardware/software. The ideal candidate will provide timely IT support and troubleshooting services to international clients.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote or on-site support for computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows and/or macOS systems
Assist with system setup, installation, upgrades, and maintenance
Provide basic network troubleshooting and internet connectivity support
Manage IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution
Communicate professionally with international clients via email, chat, or calls
Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with remote support tools
Basic understanding of networking concepts and connectivity issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience supporting international clients
Certifications in IT support or related fields (optional but a plus)
