About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Work on taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
• Work on providing configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices to customers
• Work on managing support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
• Work on following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Work on publishing technical support bulletins and other technical documentation in the knowledge base
• Work on the review of technical documentation for training materials, technical marketing collateral, manuals, troubleshooting guides, etc.
• Work on preparing accurate and timely reports
• Work on following the SLA for issues with respect to their severity
