Job Purpose Statement
To work as a “Technician Support” in Heat Treatment with operation and basic maintenance of machine, Preparation of parting surfaces, preparation of inserts,desiging gates and risers, Finishing of RPT parts.
Key Responsibilities
To operate solution treatment set up.
To operate induction hardening.
Quality & delivery.
Knowledge on finishing of RPT casting part.
Key Challenges:
1. Meeting specified hardness on casting parts.
2. Meeting specified case hardness.
3. Trouble shooting of defects on heat treated parts.
Skills Information
Diploma- 2 to 3 yrs with exposure into Experience in Heat treatment machine & handling, part finishing.
