1. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with the company website (built using ReactJS, NextJS, NodeJS, and MongoDB).
2. Monitor website performance and ensure optimal uptime, speed, and user experience.
3. Collaborate with the development team to implement fixes, updates, and new features.
4. Ensure website compliance with SEO best practices and maintain integrations like Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel.
b. System Integration and Workflow Optimization:
1. Manage and maintain integrations with platforms such as Aisensy, Zoho CRM, and Zapier.
2. Create, test, and optimize automated workflows to streamline operations.
3. Diagnose and resolve API connectivity issues or other integration-related challenges.
4. Work with third-party tools and services, including payment gateways (Razorpay, PayPal) and live chat tools like Zendesk.
c. Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
1. Provide day-to-day support to internal teams for technical queries and system-related issues.
2. Identify, analyze, and resolve system bugs or glitches promptly.
3. Escalate unresolved issues to vendors or higher-level technical support teams as needed.
d. Maintenance and Security:
1. Conduct regular audits to ensure system security, performance, and data integrity.
2. Monitor and update software, tools, and plugins to prevent compatibility issues.
