• Shift Timings(US) - 8:00 pm - 5:30 am (Only Night Shifts)
• Five Days Working - Monday to Friday
• Week Off - Saturday & Sunday
What specifically are we looking for?
An excellent Support technician must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers.
• Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by clients
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries and maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
Experience and Skills Required:
• Experience- 1 to 3 years
• Proven work experience as a Technical Support, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
