Job Description
We at Ivyclique AI are leveraging a hybrid model of human sectoral expertise + technology to design and provide bespoke content solutions across sectors like Ed-tech, Health-Tech, Tech, E-commerce etc. We are based out of Mumbai, India and Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Our range of services encompasses digital marketing and web/app design/ development solutions also.
Roles and Responsibilities –
• To have a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.
• Research, outline, write and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements.
• Develop content in the alternative, media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation.
• The content is to be delivered in a form of manuals, release notes, guides, training scripts, positioning content, pitch deck, etc.
• Expected to assist on calls from a US-based parent company for product notes and release calls. (sometimes need to work post-normal close of business IST hours)
• Expected to assist on overall tech strategy roadmap.
Required Skills –
• Superior written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
• Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
• More than 2 years of industry experience as an effective technical writer.
• A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges.
Remuneration – Fairly high than industry standards (top 5 percentile
