Job Description
Responsible for planning, organizing, writing, and editing operational, maintenance, or test procedure manuals.
Researches engineering schematics, technical design specifications, interface design, design diagrams, and test specifications with design engineers.
Acquires and organizes basic source material, including applicable specifications, engineering write-ups, and drawing packages.
Review customer information needs and recommends solutions.
Plan, write and deliver various inputs of customer help documentation products including online help, release notes, user guides, reference manuals, application notes, and tutorials.
Interact with project teams and other technical writers.
Develop creative solutions to difficult problems.
