Job Description
Strong writing and grammatical skills in English
• Ability to edit and proofread existing KB's, SOPs, etc for accuracy
• Partner with product teams, SME's to capture the documentation needs and create associated documentation following a defined template
• Strong communication skills, able to formulate and ask questions to ensure our content achieves the objectives
• ServiceNow experience is a plus with all content living in ServiceNow
• Experience in creating support documentation preferred
• Working in US hours (majority of the part)
