Job Skills & Requirements:
• Design control systems (PLC/SCADA/RTU/HMI, Etc.) for Industrial & Process Automation
• OPC Communication for data exchanging between application & Hardware& Equipment.
• Experience in OPC Tunnelling, and Data Capturing on OPC (DA, HDA & UA)
• Experience in Integrate data from PLC, SCADA systems and exchange data with application.
• Experience in PLC & Software’s Programming Languages.
• Start-up Installation, Execution, Integration, and Development for Manufacturing Equipment.
• Experience in MODBUS, Profibus DP, ProfNet, ControlNet, Ethernet/IP, DNP3.
• Experience in interfacing RS-232 / RS-485 /Ethernet Modbus TCP/IP.
• Experience in Middleware [Kepware, IPC, etc.]
• Experience in Manufacturing Instrument Integration
• Experience in Oracle Database and SQL, PL/SQL, and Relational and Analytical Database concepts.
• Experience in IQ, OQ, PQ Processes
• Experience in equipment integration from underlying systems, such as level 2 systems and HISTORIAN, via validated interfaces.
• Experience in automated data entry from underlying systems, such as level 2 systems and HISTORIAN, via validated interfaces.
Experience: 7-10 Years (Minimum 5 years of Industry Experience)
Preferred Industry: Pharma.
Additional Experience:
• MS Office, Programming Language [C++, C#], .Net Framework, Design Tool [Asp, Xaml] Etc
