Minimum Qualifications:
• Degree in a computer technology or related discipline.
• Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical delivery role.
• Strong understanding of networking technologies.
• Network, server, and application virtualization experience.
• Cisco Networking (Routing, Firewall, etc.) knowledge.
• Knowledge/skills in Cloud and related technology – preferably AWS.
• Knowledge of banking systems.
• Experience of deploying and supporting Citrix XenApp/ Virtual-App and/or Microsoft Remote Desktop Services.
• Exposure and working knowledge of any Automation tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, Puppet- advantageous but not essentials.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows Server technologies (2012 and 2012 R2, 2016 and 2026; IIS, Active Directory, DNS)
• Experience with Windows Support Tools (WSUS, MOM, PowerShell, etc.)
• Experience with VMware's products (VMware ESX, vCentre, vCloud, vSphere) or other similar Hypervisor technology.
• Experience in working with vulnerability management and monitoring including tools such as Qualys or Nessus – advantageous but not essential.
• Experience of networks and firewalls.
• Experience in major incident management, change management and root cause analysis
• Experience of troubleshooting, implementation, and deployments.
• Experience of working within an ISO27001 governed environment
• Applicants must be able to work in a team environment and will be required to interact with customers on a regular basis.
• Awareness of security best practice and remediation activities.

What you will do
• This role is Senior level Infrastructure Engineer to join our expanding SaaS & Cloud Services Team.
• As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be involved in a mixture of day-to-day systems administration tasks, project activities to support the growth of our clients, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Systems administration will be both on premise hosted stems as well as cloud hosted AWS systems.
• These activities include tasks such as: troubleshooting issues around system performance, monitoring, optimization, automation activities/tasks, troubleshooting incidents, database refreshes and software and hardware patching/upgrades.
• In addition to very strong technical skills, the role requires dynamic problem-solving, enthusiasm, a desire to constantly improve the customer experience and the ability to strongly integrate into the wider managed services.
