Job Title: IPB Agile Organization, Lending APAC Squad Technical Analyst

Your key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities / Tasks:
• Scope the system: Work closely together with the Product Owner and other squad members, to ensure right granularity of requirements specification on an epic / story level
• Translate business needs: Create models, diagrams, presentations and other documentation that support the target audience to understand the business requirements
• Facilitate communication at team level in order to create consensus on scope, design decisions, and implementation decisions
• Provide technical analysis and write/refine requirements, including non-functional requirements, across lending and credit platforms
• Ensure solutions adhere to architectural roadmap and designs
• Support the development, testing, and go-live of platform capabilities
• Troubleshoot production issues in order to safeguard bank revenue and integrity
• Provide business analysis, testing support and execution, and expert advice and guidance to regional and global team members as part of the larger Lending Tribe and Agile Organization
• Mentor our talent pool as they navigate their careers with us
Your skills and experience
• An eagle eye for detail
• Experience working in wealth management lending and credit transformation
• Ability to translate strategic initiatives into piecemeal technical deliveries
• Ability to switch communication styles to engage all levels comfortably, across business and technology stakeholders
• Deep, working knowledge of and hands-on experience with technical analysis
• Inquisitive and willingness to learn, innovate, and create new frontiers in our innovation journey
• Strong knowledge on technology & database concepts, SQL, ETL, data analytics
• Experience working closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts for translating business requirements into technical requirements
• Good knowledge of business analysis methods and tools (agile, waterfall, Jira, Confluence, MS Office)
• Experience of agile (scrum) methodology
• Experience in conceptualization and solution definition
• Plus factor: working knowledge of Avaloq banking system, especially on credit modules
