Process Overview
Chief Finance Office (CFO) – Business Finance Office (BFO) is a critical function under the Enterprise Risk and Finance Application Production services (ERF APS).
The function supports many key applications used for Global banking and Markets Finance, Global technology Finance teams.
Part of a global team based in India, London, Dallas and New Jersey, whose primary focus will be on providing front line support for Business Finance Applications related to Profit and Loss, Balance sheet reporting, Front to Back-office reconciliation, Trial Balance reporting platforms for all the Global teams.
Job Description
Carry out daily health-check activities involving application batch, system and database checks related to production systems / servers.
Patching & Release support: Post Patching validations, Job on hold and off hold to support releases.
