• Database Experience with MSSQL environment.
• Experience in working with Indian banks or Indian NBFC’s.
• Proficient in LOS (Loan Origination System), SQL Server, UNIX, SQL Functions Jobs, Estimation and Windows technologies, API service (Rest and SOAP), Troubleshooting bugs from technical perspective, Basic knowledge of Core Java technology.
• Proficient in Vendor Management, Delivery Project Management, Client Management
• Hands on experience on Technical Support, Application Support or Production Support Environment
• Demonstrable excellent troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
• Works with a sense of urgency, ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines,
• Good to have experience with Banking product environment.
• Strong desire to learn new technologies

Job Responsibilities:
• Perform incident and problem management activities, including working closely with technology and business stakeholders to provide innovative and tactical solutions to issues as well as improving the performance of applications and processes; this will include managing major incidents, performing post incident reviews, and coordinating with our various 3rd party vendors.
• Experience in Banking Domain in SBL/SME/Commercial Lending or Retail Loans or worked in HL origination system as an analyst.
• Analyzes the business and technical compatibility of systems. Provides specialized IT and Web services in the management, coordination, scheduling, and delivery of large and/or complex technology-based specialized IT project(s) driving projects through various stages of the project lifecycle including project initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
• Provides a variety of project management and consulting services in such areas as data analysis, reporting and research including evaluation of software tools, new technologies and process requirements.
• Think globally and cross-functionally to identify project dependencies and their impact, raise the dependency issues with the project sponsor and co-create solutions
• he Technical PM will manage Engineering Vendor Team resourcing and Team Size ensuring they are optimized to support Internal Program Delivery.
• Will be directly exposed to internal stakeholders and vendors for liaising of work and deliveries.
• Plan execution timelines/activities of various major releases and critical changes into Production and DR environments in collaboration with our development and technology support teams.
• Independently identify repetitive or time-consuming processes that can be automated, especially where they benefit multiple business areas, and deliver a sustainable solution that can be leveraged for other areas as needed.
• Creation of required knowledge base documentation required to support applications, including appropriate sign-off where required
• Coordination of various support activities across teams, including handover of issues, knowledge sharing, training, and collaboration on strategic projects
• Contribute to building Knowledge base and overall good health of the application
• Follows and supports IT business processes including change management, configuration management, and disaster recovery and business continuity.
Compliance & Risk Responsibilities
• Ensure the current practices/business processes comply with company procedures and government regulations.
• Ensure efficient practices by recommending improvements in processing capability, user interface and security designs
