Job Description : Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 8 Areas Actionable (4-6)Requirement Gathering and Analysis Liaising with User group for understanding their requirement Analyze Requirement Documents from Technical aspects and ensure no task remains undocumented from that particular enhancement perspective. Liaising with IT and vendor to get the changes done in application basis the requirement documentFeasibility study and Design Participate in discussions with vendor on technical requirement Testing Preparing the test cases Testing the release given by vendor basis the test cases prepared and highlight failures Helping the Team leader sending the release documents to user group Addressing queries raised by branches/support team during new enhancement roll-out Production issues. Deployment and Troubleshooting Ensuring rollback release is received and preparing rollback checklist. Carry out Performance Tests, monitor system behavior, track gaps, defects, get bug fixes, deploy bug fixesProduction implementation and compliance Updating project management tool (i.e. PMS / JIRA etc.) to keep all stake holders informed of the project status. Follow up with different departments for sign off the project. Co-coordinating with RCB members for RCF Approvals. Post Production Support and Maintenance Conducting PVT and providing PVT sign-off Close of Change and Release ticket Update to all stakeholders Skills Banking Product & Process Knowledge Planning and Organizing Skills Communication Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry
