Job Title: EL1 Integration Architect Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect to drive digital transformation by leading the Automation HQ.
In this role, you will design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Workato to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
You will also promote Workato's capabilities to key stakeholders, ensuring its value is understood and maximized across teams.
Skill Requirements:
Strong understanding of integration principles, patterns, and methodologies.
Extensive experience with Workato or similar integration platforms.
Proficiency in API design, development, and consumption.
Knowledge of data modelling, ETL processes, and data quality principles.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Currently hold or eligible to obtain a BASELINE security clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
Key Accountabilities:
Integration Architecture:
Design and develop integration solutions using Workato.
Maintain reusable integration patterns and templates.
Ensure adherence to best practices and performance standards.
Platform Governance:
Define and enforce governance policies and security guidelines for Workato.
Monitor platform health, integration performance, and capacity planning.
Business Technology & Strategy:
Participate in strategic planning and cost management for integration projects.
Measure and report the value of integration solutions.
Compliance Management:
Manage security access processes and ensure policy compliance.
Configure and monitor audit logs for security incidents.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to improve integration processes.
Provide regular updates on integration progress and costs.
