Technical Artist – Virtual Reality
We're looking for a Technical Artist to bridge the gap between design and development in our VR simulation project. You'll create and optimize interactive, photorealistic environments that simulate configurations and user interfaces across configurations.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with designers and developers to translate UX requirements into real-time 3D assets
• Build and optimize shaders, lighting setups, and VFX suitable for VR
• Ensure high performance across devices (Meta Quest, HTC Vive, etc.)
• Implement visual polish and environmental storytelling to enhance realism
• Develop tools and pipelines for asset integration with Unity
• Work closely with the Unity Developer to support interaction design
Requirements:
• Proficiency with Unity3D and asset pipelines
• Strong 3D modeling/texturing skills (Maya, Blender, Substance)
• Experience with VR projects (Oculus, SteamVR, OpenXR)
• Understanding of performance constraints in real-time VR environments
• Ability to create clean and modular shaders
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
