Business Analyst , Technical Business Analyst (Strong Technical Knowledge and Communications Skills), 3+ yrs experience, Gurgaon Location
Experience working in the High Tech or a BPO industry is preferred.
Worked in Waterfall and Agile Driven Projects
Analysis and Solution Definition
o Interpretation of business rules and requirements for
technical systems including CRM, BPM, DMS etc
o Document client structure business processes requirements, software requirement specifications, use case scenarios, reports etc.
o Assists in the collection and consolidation of required information and data
o Assist business and development team for business case preparation
o Participate in application demos to client and internal stakeholders
o In case of agile methodology, assist product owner for preparation of product backlog, user stories in accordance with scrum and CMMI standards.
Project Execution
o Takes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback
o Understands the necessity of project standards and applies them consistently
o Develops internal and external meeting objectives and agendas
Technical Recommendation
o Works with client personnel to identify required changes
o Communicates needed changes to development team
o Remain fully informed on market trends and suggest/implement best practices
o Involved in researching state-of-the-art technology solutions in BPO/Contact Center space like ML, chatbot, among others
