Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to work closely with business partners, vendors, IT Product Owners, other Business Analysts, and IT Developers to define and deliver effective business and systems solutions for our suite. Responsibilities include authoring, documenting, and delivering clear, concise, and complete technical and/or functional specifications that drive the successful completion of projects and implementations. The candidate shall be part of our digital delivery team.
You will be responsible to work with managers, leads, and stakeholders to ensure that deliverable meets their expectations in terms of quality and requirements.
• Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to elicit functional requirements, flowcharts, modeling those requirements in an organized manner and communicating those requirements throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the
project team.
• Initiate and convene business user meetings, develop, verify, and document functional and technical specifications.
• Develops and utilizes standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications.
• Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
• Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
• Identify and implement process improvements to support efficiencies in design phases of projects.
• Own ongoing support activities for existing solutions, including regular business interactions and facilitating delivery of improvements and bug fixes as required.
• Provide ongoing change management including training and documentation updates.
Must have Skills :
• Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in IT and Business Analyst Experience.
• Write/update Functional and Technical documentation.
• Good understanding of the SDLC and experienced in using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including prioritizing and managing multiple tasks/projects.
• Excellent planning and follow-up skills.
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
• Strong grasp of MS Office products.
