What will your job look like?
• You will be responsible for creation & implementation of domain training plan to reduce learning curve of New Hires.
• Responsible for identifying solution of complex process problems / Identifying opportunity of Process improvement and streamlining of existing process.
• Drive process changes with briefings and trainings and workshops, document business process descriptions and carry out business analysis and workflow analysis
• To actively monitor project risks to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address in advance.
• To identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system.
• To support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working.
All you need is...
• 6 years of relevant industry experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to respond to customer queries quickly
• Ability to understand business needs and manage 24X7 shifts
• Good hands-on technical knowledge
• Excellent domain knowledge in incident handling, production management, and audit processes
• Experience in a complex global, matrix organization working across multiple time zones
• Experience in working in ambiguous situations, working under pressure, and flexible work hours
• Production-oriented with a sense of urgency and sensitive to production requirements.
