Job Description
Location: Liverpool and Remote (Full-Time)
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 (dependent on seniority & experience)
We are seeking skilled CG Artists with a passion for the technical aspects of our production pipeline. Ideal candidates will have expertise in poly-modelling, procedural modelling (RailClone, etc.), scene optimisation and troubleshooting, PBR Materials, Scripting, VFX/Simulation (Tyflow, Phoenix, Houdini, etc.). Knowledge of Unreal Engine and/or other real-time software is an asset.
Scope of Work:
Technical Project Leadership: Ensure smooth delivery, adherence to best practices, robust scene setup stages, troubleshoot and optimise scenes, oversee rendering processes (in-house and cloud).
Process Development: Create, improve, and document processes to address common technical challenges and needs within the team.
Hardware and Software Assessment: Evaluate software and hardware requirements for the team and facilitate implementation and deployment.
Custom Tools and Scripts: Develop and enhance custom tools and scripts to streamline workflows.
Asset Library Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the assets library.
