About PM Now
PM Now is a dynamic, early-stage startup focused on transforming how organizations approach preventative maintenance. We’re building a simple, powerful platform that puts asset management, scheduling, and real-time insights directly into the hands of frontline teams. The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a technical co-founder based in Canada (ideally) who is excited about building something from the ground up. The right person is experienced, hands-on, and genuinely motivated by solving real-world problems—not just writing code. You’re comfortable moving fast in an early-stage environment, making decisions with incomplete information, and taking ownership across the full product lifecycle. Most importantly, you’re willing to build equity from day one through your contribution, with a long-term mindset and a shared belief in what PM Now can become.
About the Opportunity
We are building a scalable SaaS platform focused on asset maintenance management for organizations that rely on physical equipment and facilities.
This is a founding-level opportunity to lead technical development from MVP through growth.
The 15% equity allocation may be structured for a single Technical Co-Founder OR distributed across a small, coordinated development team with clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and vesting terms. A technical lead must be designated.
Technical Preferences
Strong full stack capability
