Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer at Spinvests. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing software development, project management, IT strategy, architecture, and product development on a day-to-day basis. They will play a key role in driving technological innovation and aligning tech initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications
• Software Development and Product Development skills
• Project Management expertise
• IT Strategy and Architecture knowledge
• Strong background in technology leadership
• Experience in leading tech teams and projects
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5years of work experience in the related field
• Must have knowledge about fin-tech
• Must have knowledge about auction & bidding
• Must have experience in SAAS & mobile app development
• Must be able to develop and manage a SAAS product by own
Note:
You will initially receive only equity, and later on you will be shifted to a salary pay only after launch of first version of the product which will be developed by you end to end.
