Position Name : Technical Consultant
Experience : 5 - 8 Yrs
Location : Bangalore
Job Responsibilities:
• Utilize MS SQL Server and Develop and modify application functionality using MS SQL Server.
• Autonomous Functionality Building: Translate requirements and design specs into actionable tasks, independently building functionality while focusing on individual components without the need for a comprehensive understanding of the entire system architecture.
• Task Tracking and Reporting: Utilize the onboarding tool GuideCX to accurately track hours worked and monitor task progress. Provide regular updates on task completion status to ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives.
• Achieve Monthly Output Goals: Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly output goals, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality work within hours assigned.
• Collaboration and Communication: Foster open communication and collaboration by engaging frequently with supervisors and teammates. Share insights, progress updates, and challenges encountered to ensure collective success.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management team, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the offshore technical operations.
Key Competencies:
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with remote teams
• Great time management skills
• 2-3 years’ experience with Relational Database Management Systems
• 1 to 2 years’ experience with SQL and/or technical support
• Ability to work in a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business Information Systems (or equivalent education or work experience)
