Gathering and analyzing client requirements to design and implement customized solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM.
Providing technical expertise and support for the Dynamics 365 CRM platform, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Conducting design and development reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality code.
At least 3 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM technical consultant.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM functionality and its various modules.
