As a content writer, you will be responsible for crafting short and long-form content for the company.
Position: 1
Designation: Technical Content Writer
Experience Level: 3yrs - 5yrs
Job Location: Mohali
Job Type: Full Time
Working Days: 5 days (WFO)
The Key Responsibilities Include:
• Understanding AGSFTs service offerings, target audience needs, desires, and problems to create persuasive marketing content.
• Interpret business and communication requirements, and work with internal teams to develop concepts and ideas.
• Comfortable with researching IT service industry-related topics and identifying gaps in our content.
• Ideate and create AGSFT services content calendar, newsletters, company roadmap, company updates etc.
• Preparing and publishing Web content, marketing emails, landing pages, and social media post with SEO techniques
• Should be a self-starter and own the day-to-day operations to meet requirements in promised timelines.
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor/Postgraduate degree
• Excellent English writing, storytelling, proofreading editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
• 3+ yrs of content writing experience preferably into IT services or products
• 3+ Experience with SEO optimized writing
• Experience doing research using multiple sources
• Time and Project Management skills, ability to multitask and work on multiple objectives
• Ability to determine appropriate content and formats, would be a significant advantage
• Metric-driven, comfortable in working with data to draw and share insights with stakeholders
• Understanding of IT services, software technologies is a plus
