We are looking for a Technical Content Writer to join our marketing team to build, plan & execute written content to expand our company’s digital footprint and awareness.
Objectives of this Role :
Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content
Write seo and user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our users up for success
You’ll build a plan for written content for Demand Generation in collaboration with marketing, and other verticals
You’ll collaborate with designers, sales, external influencers, and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience
You must have domain expertise to develop positioning, messaging, and content that differentiates Capillary in the market
Experience in strategizing and executing Persona Driven demand Generation content
Create compelling content like website content,sales playbooks, blog content, case study, industry reports that highlight the differentiated value to reach the target buyers
Working on SEO content and helping the team rank on SERP
Strategizing, trend spotting topics and executing the content plan, email communication, articles, and other projects
Strategize and market content on multi platforms to achieve the desired goal
Understand buyer personas and influencers who they are, challenges their facing, and current use cases
Should be able to ideate and work along with the designer and video editor
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude and excellent people and management skills
Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field
2-4 years’ industry experience as an effective technical content writer
Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topic
Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
Experience working with engineering to improve user experience : design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content
Previous software development experience
