As our technical writer, you’ll get to work with subject matter experts in the organization to create manuals and user guides for end users and administrators across all our products. As we are on the verge of introducing an exciting SaaS platform, you will also get to be a part of a team that has launched a game-changing solution for SMBs, enterprises, and telecom providers.
Role Objectives:
Create comprehensive documentation that adheres to organizational guidelines.
Learn about products and services in-depth to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.
Create user-friendly content (manuals, guides, videos) that meets the target audience’s needs.
Examine current content and come up with new ways to improve it.
Expected Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field
Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
Willingness to learn and explore products.
