Responsibilities :
Research, write, and edit technical content, including Web page content, Blogs, Case Study, FAQs.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and teams to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear and concise content.
Conduct in-depth research to gather information and ensure accuracy and relevance of technical content.
Develop and maintain a consistent tone and style for content, ensuring it aligns with the company's brand guidelines.
Create engaging blog articles, thought leadership pieces, and case studies to showcase the company's expertise and drive engagement.
Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and organic traffic.
Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure technical content aligns with overall content strategy and marketing campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical writing.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or a related field. Additional technical certifications are a plus.
Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate complex information into clear and accessible content.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and documentation tools.
Proficiency in using SEO techniques and tools to optimize content for search engines.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Strong research and analytical skills to gather and synthesize information from various sources.
Experience with graphic design and visual communication is a plus.
