Sneak peek into your role: • Researches and gathers information from a variety of sources, including specifications, product information, and experts, to create quality and accurate content which provides clear, concise, and engaging information, including technical content, techincal documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides. • Work with different staff members to understand tech, product features, functionality, and target audience so that content aligns with the brand's tone and message. • Edit and correct technical content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards. • Optimizes content for search engines (SEO) by combining relevant content and providing appropriate design and structure. • Interview and talk with subject matter experts and translate technical information into non-technical terms. • Follow industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in writing and content creation. • Help manage content repositories, keep them organized, version controlled, and accessible to team members. • Work with the marketing team to support content creation for promotional materials, press releases, and website updates. • Work took on additional writing and editing tasks to complete on-time delivery.
