Role Description
This Technical Content Writer role is a full-time on-site position located in Chennai. The ideal candidate will work closely with our product and design teams to develop high-quality technical content such as product documentation, tutorials, guides, and release notes. Responsibilities will also include creating and implementing content strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our clients successfully use the Atatus platform.
Responsibilities:
• Create technically accurate content (blogs articles, whitepapers).
• Simplify complex tech concepts for non-experts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and tech innovations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for insights.
• Ensure error-free, brand-compliant content.
• Maximize content visibility with SEO techniques.
• Foster audience engagement and discussions.
• Contribute to company-aligned content strategy.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering) or equivalent work experience.
• 0 - 2 years of experience in creating technical content such as product documentation, guides, or articles on web monitoring, DevOps, and software engineering topics.
• Proficiency in SEO, content management systems, and keyword optimization.
• Familiarity with various content formats and tools, including Ghost, WordPress, Markdown, and document collaboration platforms.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
