Minimum Requirements:
• Experience with a CRM system such as Siebel or Salesforce.
• At least five years of professional experience in technical writing or a related function for a software company.
• Experience creating documentation for developers.
• Experience in topic-based authoring and information typing.
• A portfolio of outstanding documentation samples.
• Strong work ethic, initiative, and drive.
• Interest and ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Ability to meet with colleagues in different time zones.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience documenting complex business applications, such as CPQ or order management.
• A solid knowledge of contemporary Web development: HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Web components.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence).
• Experience with graphics and multimedia.
• Experience using a structured approach to documentation, such as DocBook or DITA

Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
