Requirements
What You'll Do
Write and edit product documentation, use cases, SOPs, knowledge base articles, and release notes.
Create video-based help articles and training resources.
Collaborate with Product, Support, and Operations teams to capture product details and explain features to different user groups.
Ensure content is accurate, consistent, and user-focused.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of technical writing/editing experience (SaaS or startup preferred).
Strong ability to explain software features to both technical and non-technical users.
Prior hands-on experience with SaaS tools, integrations, or productivity software.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with content platforms (Notion, Gitbook, Confluence).
Video creation or visual storytelling skills.
SEO knowledge.
